E+ KA2 “Reflective Youth Work”
The “Reflective Youth Work” project is dedicated to enhancing self-development and reflection practices within youth work.
The project runs from September 2024 to September 2025 and aims to build capacity among youth workers and leaders in the field of self-reflection. By improving the ability of youth workers to critically assess and improve their own work, the project supports stronger, more resilient communities.
Through local research, workbook co-creation, international collaboration, and practical testing, this project provides tools for youth workers to better understand themselves and their roles. The result is a self-development workbook that includes reflection models, scenario analyses, and personal growth exercises designed to support long-term change.
The project is implemented by a consortium of partners from Estonia, Latvia, Cyprus, and Croatia.
